Where did PN customer service go?

I had problems with my connection 1 .5 weeks ago......raised a broadband fault check...
Then i read on the forums about DSLMax upgrades and the problems people were having were similar to mine.
I raised a second ticket asking if I was being upgraded....JUST CLOSED, no yes or no.....
Now, my connection is better 10 days later......i am so happy..
But my broadband fault check ticket is closed saying your connection been ok now for 13 hours, case closed...

WHEN IS SOMEONE FROM PLUSNET GOING TO TELL ME I'VE BEEN UPGRADED?

I was failed to be told I was going to be (ie dates).
Why can PN not give more info about the closed ticket?
Like its been closed for 13 hours...problem was due to DSLMax upgrade..

Hi,

Looking at the fault ticket I can't really tell you any more information, BT made some changes on your line a week ago, but haven't done anything since. You have been upgraded to Max and it's likely that the problem was just part of the 10 day period.

I'm sorry you weren't emailed, the way the bulk regrade orders have been processed means that we haven't been able to email every customer that's been upgraded yet, we do intend to send emails out though as soon as we can.
