Whats the deal with off-peak usage these days ?

I migrated away a while back after binary news was removed. After a few happy months with Xifos it looks like they're about to slash the available bandwidth in their packages.

I'd like to use about 40Gb of binary usenet a month. I'm happy to do this off peak with a 3rd party usenet supplier.

When I left the off peak rules were pretty good - does this still apply ?

I've got no real daytime bandwidth requirements - a couple of Gb a month for the kids to play around on cbeebies will be fine. Whats the best way forward for me ?

PAG - is there 'free' off peak usage still ? can I use usenet off peak at a decent speed ?

BB+ - can I use usenet off peak at a decent speed ?

Premiere - can I use usenet off peak at a decent speed ?

What are the current peak times and off peak limits for each package ?
