Hi just wondering what the benefit of the £29.99 premier upto 4meg package besides being first in the line when 4meg is available.,

what i mean is if i upgraded to it would i be on different contention ratio or anything like that..?

Sorry, I forgot about that.

Correction, yes, you will be able to download 130Bg instead of 100 in a month before getting the Scarborough warning.

But if your figures are up there, you'll be constantly living in fear of sudden emails/death, so Pn might not be the right ISP for you anyway.

4Mb could be many months away yet. And do you know if your line can take it anyway?

Looks OK for 4Mb under current rules, but I'd save your money till it's announced as being generally available. It should then cost you £14.99 to switch speeds.

Thats what i was thinking, why pay the extra now when it could be 2006+ before its available, unless there was a better contention ratio or less shaping on it at the present time,
