What's up with the ccgi webspace? Cant access it...

...and my writing critique group were planning a discussion tonight.

I hope they'll understand that its the ISP's problem and not something I've done.

I'm not having any problems with my site at the moment. What's the exact error you're getting?

No error.
It just didn't load.
But, I tried again now and its right as rain.
It was very very slow yesterday too, so thought it had finally bit the bullet.

Maybe its just temperamental. Or v. slow sometimes.

Thanks anyway.,

I take that back.
It's still very slow.
I must have got lucky on that last attempt though & it displayed the page on the off chance.

The URL is:
http://ccgi.benskia.plus.com/phpBB2aa/

But quite a few of the sections are locked out from public view.

Hi Ben,

My ccgi is not accessable via the browser it just hangs.

Ftp access is fine (albeit slow) and so is phpmyadmin through the portal
Database for me is Humbug btw ...hope that helps.

There have been some massive load averages on the CGI server today.
Over 90.00 at 13:00
With an average of 9.71

Anything over 2.00 per CPU is normally considered excessive.

See the graph below;

Green = 5 minute average
Blue = 15 minute average

Note that scale is Load average X 100

One of our servers in particular seems to be under very heavy load. Our network guys are now aware of this and are working on it.
