What's happening PN???

One of the PN routers is playing up (see tracerts)

Tracing route to 213.228.232.16 over a maximum of 30 hops

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.254.254
2 96 ms 98 ms 98 ms lo0-plusnet.ptn-ag1.plus.net [195.166.128.123]
3 26 ms 23 ms 20 ms ge0-0-0-103.ptn-gw1.plus.net [84.92.3.17]
4 24 ms 26 ms 26 ms ge0-0-0-23.pte-gw2.plus.net [212.159.4.26]

So I try and raise a ticket through the BB fault checker on the website, however I get to the "Additional Information" bit, fill in the details only to find the continue button doesn't work!!!

So I decide to give them a call, 4 phone call s to get passed the engaged tone and actually through to PN. I check the customer support statistics, at the moment there are 17 calls waiting, longest wait is 50 mins! Have all the staff gone on strike or gone home sick? So for the past few weeks my internet connection has been too bad to play games like BF2, yet apparently everything is a-ok with the ADSL dial, I can't raise a ticket, I can't get hold of customer services, I think it's time to start looking for an alternative ISP Sad

Any comments anyone?

First question to ask would be have you tried disconnecting for five minutes and then reconnected, to see if this resolves your problem? As this should bounce you onto a different gateway router and improve the problems you are seeing.

If this persists on a different gateway, then I'd suggest raising it via the link:contact us system, rather than raising it as a fault, so that we can look into it further for you.
