What exactly am I paying for?

...because at the moment, Emails are slow, CGI isn't working, my connection keeps dropping.

About two months ago I got an email entitled "we've let you down". You're continuing to do so. Sort it out as soon as possible or you'll lose another customer.

Have to agree though I am sure the powers that be are accutely aware of this. I have multidiconnects in the evening and I am not on LLU though I have a supicion it is due to on-line gaming.

Does PN have an agreed minimum level of service in its contracts?
