Is anyone else having the same problems? After two days of trying to send mail from webmail and the only response on my Plusnet Ticket saying... 'we can send from your ID but development are also looking into current webmail problems'.... I'm no further forward with being able to send mail. PS - I can send if I put two different addresses in the 'to' field - but I only want to send to 1 person in the 'to' field.
OK - after a bit of chasing, Plusnet staff tried it out and indeed found the same problem to hotmail addresses. Well Done - they found that Hotmail puts the email from xxx@<username>.plus.com into the SPAM mailbox!! and therefore the MSN popup to say 'you've got mail' never appears either.
