WebMail problem?

Hi, I cannot seem to connect to Webmail this morning...is there a problem? There is nothing indicated on the service status pages...I am getting the following:

"Existing customers
An error has occurred whilst trying to process your request. Please try again in a few moments.

New customers
If you have recently created your account, it may take up to 15 minutes until you can access your new e-mail address. Please try again later. Return to the Homepage"

Any ideas?

Hi there,
We are currently experiencing a problem with DNS (this is in Service Status). This is affecting a number of services, including email.
We have engineers working on it now, and we hope to have it resolved soon.

With all due respect Mike - this is NOT in Service Status! The last announcement I see is dated 21/03.
