Web stats

How do I get at my web stats?
They clain to be active, but unconfigured, but I can't find a way to get at the configure bit, the button just flips between active and unconfigured...

Oh & I can never actually post a query through Contact Us, it just dead ends with 3 answers to a question, none of which are right, hence the post here.

Hi,
Whilst the button is reading unconfigured, the box next to that, which should be titled 'Current Status' will be reading Active.
To post a query through Contact Us, that is not covered by the options, you will need to choose the options that read 'My problem is not listed here'
You will then be able to type your query

I Know the button says active, how do I actually get at my stats though??

Oh BTW the page I got to didn't have a 'my problem isn't listed here'. Should I go back to the higher level where I did have that option?

Hi,
You need to click the link which reads Webstats, beneath my Domains on the lefthand menu of the portal.

I was talking about starting a new problem from scratch, so yes you will need to go up a level or two to get to the options I mentioned.

For thoughs of us how have "Web Stats" activated, does Plus Net have any timescales on when the services changes from almost non-exsistant/spradic to working fully ?? Sad

Unfortunately I don't have any information at the moment regarding the webstats. We do have an engineer due on site shortly and I will attempt to extrude further details from him.

It is a little bit spooky that after the above postings, Web Stats suddenly have started working again.
I am sure it is just a coincidence, other people might not agree.

Ah! understandf it now. Do I get stats for my frontpage site as well as for the normal site?

Hi,
The webstats service is only available for the normal site - CGI and FrontPage servers don't get this feature.
