Web, ping timeouts - connection problems

I appear to have connection problems this morning. Can't reach any websites and pinging my router from an external connection results in 50-75% packet loss.

Line was Maxed 4 weeks ago and no problems until today, sync speed is 7616/832 and I've tried rebooting a number of times over the past couple of hours

Can't see anything obvious in the router status

Web, ping timeouts - connection problems

Well back up and running as normal now after what feels like a million reboots!!!

Don't know what the problem was but comparing my router stats the difference would appear to be the Far SNR Margin figure.

Earlier: Far SNR Margin : 4.0 dB
Now: Far SNR Margin : 13.0 dB

What's "Far SNR Margin" and could the low value have caused the timeouts etc I was experiencing earlier?
