We should all support usenet

when everything went wrong yesterday, there was only one place to get the service status (plusnet.service.status and plusnet.service.customer-feedback).
So when other protocols failed the mighty usenet come on top. Maybe we should use it more often and plusnet will not discard it.

Yup. We only *just* managed to get it out on Usenet. Dave managed to nip in there in quick smart time Smiley

Dont forget http://usertools.plus.net/. It was still operational and carries a service status panel that reflected the outages and issues.

The problem with usertools is that it is in Sheffield - great if the atm link dies!
