I've been upgraded, I didn't complete the order when I saw the price, I backed out before the completion step.

So anyway I've just done a speedtest and my previous result as following with 1mb:

Date Speed Achieved (kbps)
07-12-2004 15:44:05 952.

Now that I'm on 2mb its gone down to:

726.7 kbps YOU

This is on the plusnet checker. Things were faster on 1mb! I only got 88kb/sec on a download from microsoft.com

Either ring them on 0845 1400200 option 2 and ask them to refresh your connection or raise a ticket here http://portal.plus.net/support.html by selecting 'Contact Us'.

Hi,

If you click on Help at the top of the page and then Contact Us you can raise a ticket.

You say you didn't order a speed increase, is your router/modem now reporting that you are on 2Mbps? I'm wondering if the free speed increase has gone through.

I didn't order a speed increase, read that pdf and BT are making several visits to rochdale, so It's gone through.

Now if I contact you via email, can you refresh my connection within the next 10mins?
