I have been having line drop problems with this modem. After checking with BT and doing all the obvious things I contacted F9. To cut the story short I was delighted and surprised today to get a new router in the post, resolving all my problems. THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! javascript:emoticon('Cheesy')
