View my usage?

hi i am using your adsl service is there a way of looking at usage in my account it as a page there but nothing recoreded
any ideas Huh

Good Afternoon,

The reason that the view my usage is unavailable is that the second RADIUS server has now been taken out of service to back up those session tables.

This will be down for approx 48 hours.

cheers for the quick reply duncan

but as this ever worked on adsl accounts coz since day 1 it as never showed any thingHuh for me...
just i need to monitor wot is going on during busy times of the day at my work Smiley
hence why i have asked if it works for adsl customers and not just there for dial up etc..

Good Evening,

Apologies for the delay in answering your query I have been very busy.
It does work for both ADSL and dial in customers as all of our customers are authenticated on the same RADIUS server. The view my usage runs off the reporting server that is out of sync as described above.

I don't know if it reports on the time an ADSL account is connected on the ADSL line, I'd have to check into that. I do know that it reports how much 0845 usage there has been on the ADSL account.

Good Evening again,

You have an 0845 dialup number on the account in case you need to use the account when you are away from home. This just allows you to see how much you have used the 0845 number.

could u just confirm then that in about 2 days time once every thing is fixed ill be able to use the view my usage page using my adsl connection which will be for the last 3 months...
this is adsl no 0845 number just adsl

i just wanna know wot usage per day per hour on my adsl acccount....

I have been informed by our developers, that view MyUsage infact does not monitor ADSL connections.

Hello Again.

I will suggest this as an idea in the internal system.

If you want to keep track of how much time you are online, try NetMedic or even just goto www.download.com and type in "net timer" and im sure that there will be a few applications to lay your hands on Smiley
