View my usage garbage

Hi

I enrolled with PlusNet on the Connect Heavy User tariff less than a week ago (thats less than 168 hours ago in my book).
I am using my account for less than the allowed average of 10 hours per day.
My view your usage gizzmo is showing accumulated hours to date of 238 hours?
Do PlusNet use a different definition of an hour to the rest of the planet? (can't see anything in the T&C's) ... or am I missing something?

Good Afternoon,

The my usage facility is off line, we are currently working on bringing this back on line.

You can get updates from the Service Status section on the left of the screen.

The updates can be found under the Services section.

Ah Well - another deadline passed with no 'View My Useage' restored.
Last week this was going to be back by Monday 5th Nov. Not only isn't it there - there is no longer any reference to it on the Service Status page.
This must be about 6 weeks now.
Has VMU now been written off as a utility Plusnet can't deliver any more? I think we should be told . . .

I don't have any new information for you at the moment but I will raise the issue on our internal forums to see what the hold up is.
