View my usage broken?

Hi

I have reached the end of my billing period (8th of each month) and although the bandwidth usage has been reset (according to email and information in contact us section) the VMU section is saying my month is infact 7 weeks long (with it including part of the last billing period) and ends on June 8th :shock:

Anyone else having this problem or is this normal with the new usage system? The old one certainly didn't do it! Shocked

This is something that has been affecting a small number of customers and we are in the process of working on a resulotion. Further information will be posted out via service status later on today.

Same problem here, billing date was also the 8th.
I did raise a ticket early this morning at 8.50am but no reply yet.

I'll keep an eye out on the service status page too.

Exactly the same problem here, I too raised a ticket and am yet to receive a response.
