I have yet to access View my Usage successfully, all I get is something about no graphs or somehing. Have I set up my account incorrectly, as I have seen reference to it by other people so I assume it is working?

There is currently a problem with the view my usage, you can find further information by following the "Service Status" link on the left of the screen.
