Raised a fault with my BB connection (it's disconnected now 7 times in the last 11 hours although only when the connection is actually being used - ideas?), however when I go to the faults page and click "view fault status" it just takes me to the "My Account" page.
Anyone got any idea on how I view the fault status?
I believe my problems stem to the fact that I'm on the limit for the BB connection I have currently (1.5Mb), but that the connection isn't dropping enough to cause my profile to drop down to 1Mb (was stable before the Max DSL upgrade). However the connection is no longer stable enough to play online games - can the profile be adjusted manually by someone to see if it improves line quality?
