Hi, got the following email from Plusnet support...

I've recently been ADSL Max'd (week or two now), but that's all I know that's changed...

Quote
"As part of our commitment to providing the best value broadband experience,
we have now successfully moved your broadband service to our alternative
broadband network.

You should see no change in your service and you don't need to change any
settings or your hardware, your broadband will simply continue to work as
normal."

wondered if anyone knew what they mean by "alternative broadband network"? Are they referring to the DSL Max, or have I been moved to LLU instead?

Hi

The email you have received is confirmation that you have been transferred to an LLU service.

What a lie. Since being moved to LLU (without notice) I have suffered 3 seperate losses of ADSL signal, totaling 20+ days
