Some of you may have noticed VPN connections no longer working. Well it because Plusnet have decided to turn the Broadband firewall settings to High security.
When I had the issue and reported the fault, I was initially told to upgrade my account by the support person even though it had worked for the last 6 months. Pathetic response Plusnet !!
Anyway to change the setting click on connection Settings and in there you will see Broadband Firewall, adjust there and reboot your router. Hope this helps as Plusnet support seem to be oblivious to this.
