Maybe the peak usage hasnt reset itself for the new month, have you just go into your new biling period? Was that your last months usage out of interest?

My new month does start on the 18th but my usage for the month stood at 69.2GB

If it's resetting then should'nt all the usage be reset??

All the usage should be reset from midnight tonight if its the end of the month reset?

Was just wondering if 20.33Gb was last months peak usage. I think there has been another who's peak usage didnt reset, PNs devolopers are looking into it.

So will this be sorted out as I don't want that email and my account throttled

Why has my usage been reset before the end of my billing monthHuh

Any news on this as the thread you pointed to was picked up by BBrown at 09:00am this morning?Huh

Yep, it will sorted, the developers are working on it now. This error wouldn't trigger an email as the usage data is taken direct from the raw data rather than VMU.
I don't know the whys yet, but will check up when the developers have fixed it.

VMBU problem, maybe a rep could explain

As I said, I personally don't know why it's happened, but the developers will and I'll get the answer from them when I can.

I raised ticket 18006854 about VMBU on 09/11/05. It was last updated by a CS rep on 11/11/05 with no suggestion that there could be a fault. I come on here today and find out that there's a known problem with VMBU!

Why hasn't my ticket been updated? What have CS been doing since 11/11/05 to resolve the ticket?

If I hadn't come on here I wouldn't have know anything about it.

VMBU problem, maybe a rep could explain

Is it only premier customers who have a peak time usage meter?

VMBU problem, maybe a rep could explain

Chris,
The 30/100 Gb measurements only apply to premier (and similar) accounts, BB+ users arn't affected by them, so they don't see them.

well the VMU shows me as using 3.21GB between midnight and 0700 this morning, yeah i should be so lucky on premier  still only 2 days left before i migrate hopefully...
