VMBU Problem - Premier 1

I'm on the Broadband Premier Option 1 package now that my billing date is today and have noticed that my usage for this month is incorrect and showing that i have use 7GB so far this month. When I look at the monthly summary view everything in there has been reset and shows zero usage for all the other days that are yet to come. The only day that shows any usage is today, which correctly shows that i have used 241.34MB

Earlier when I checked the usage bar had been reset so does anyone know what has happend here?

Wait until tomorrow, and if it is still wrong raise a ticket.
It can take a day or so to sort itself out.
