Hi,

I've been with you for well over a month now and I'm still unable to check my data usage. I still get the "no data for your account" message. Raising tickets has proved ineffective and I've just been told about "ongoing problems". Can someone PLEASE look into this for me as I'm sick of keeping a tight reign on my connection for fear that I will break my limits and be unable to use p2p when I need it the most.
