Usage Time - Is it Just Me?

I have been hving problems all week with not being able to see my usage on lite; is it just me?

I have three tickets outstanding for 22nd/23rd and 24th.


Just wondering as I am a new user on plusnet since 13th August; this service was working up to 21st.

Just checked and it's working for me (although the month has just reset for my account but the previous few days are still showing)

The ticket system is a little behind just now but I'm sure they will get to you... hopefully your 3 tickets aren't for the same thing? I'm sure they would rather you just raised one and waited... just a suggestion Cheesy
