Hi,

I am considering upgrading my connect account from "lite" to "standard". But, just a quick question:

If I upgrade, will this be a new "contract". Ie. will a new 12 month minimum contract apply from the date of upgrading? Or does the minimum contract always apply from when I first signed up to plus.net?

Hi,

Our Connect Standard (Or Lite come to that) account does not have a minimum contract, other than that defined by your payment period (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually). You can upgrade, and change your payment period using the Member Centre Control panel.
