Upgraded from PAYG to BYW - Any new contract tie in?

I have been with PN for some years but have just changed to one of the latest Broadband Your Way options.

But now I see that I can get better deals (30GB) for the same cost with larger off peak time at other reputable ISPs that have higher satisfaction ratings than PN is getting.

WIll I be bound by a new tie-in period with PN because of my upgrade from PAYG to BYW?

PlusNet only has a monthly contract, so you will only have to give thirty days notice in order to migrate.

The exception to this is if you have taken free (deferred payment) hardware when you changed to BBYW as this will need to be paid for if you leave within twelve months of taking it.

Similarly any deferred activations (for example, if you've moved house) will need to be paid for.
