Hi,

I'm upgrading from 512k to 1MB and have got the following internal note appended to my ticket;

"2004-09-07
14:37:53 Comment By: You
(internal note) Automatic regrade process: Failed to take payment for regrade Assigned "

I presume there's been a problem with taking the regrade fee from my visa card, so if I can be given a secure link I'll provide the necessary information.

I realise that folk are busy, but my order isn't even hitting BT yet, so I'm keen for this to be resolved without further delay.

ps, I'm raising this in here as I'm led to believe that ticket amendments put the ticket to the back of the queue.

If you ring support they should be able to sort this out or explain why payment could not be taken. Or as this is an internal note, Plusnet will probably try again then contact you (probably via the ticket) to arrange alternative payment method.

Use the Support statistics to work out the best time to call.

Yeah thanks for that, though it looks like midnight to 4am is best :roll: , I'm also at work so not really practical to phone just now (hehe shouldn't be here either).
