Upgrade Email.

I was sent a email from Plusnet saying they attempted to upgrade my connection to 8mb but it failed due to my line which cannot support it.

Is this something BT are changing with the MaxDSL Exchange Upgrades or will I just have to live with my current connection (2mb)?

We've not actually started the upgrades to 8mb for the majority of our customers yet, so its possible that for some reason the system has tried upgrading you to 2mb again and the email was sent because of that.

In which case why was an e-mail saying that an upgrade to 8Mbps was attempted?
I like the way it's 'the system' that has the problem Wink
