Update on Problem:35406 ?

I'm wondering if there is any update for Problem:35406 i am still suffering stupidly high lags to quite a few counterstrike source and battlefield 2 servers

tracerts to 195.20.109.130 range from

1. <1 ms <1ms <1ms router
2. 14 ms 15 ms 12 ms lo0-plusnet.pte.ag1.plus.net
3. 28 ms 22 ms 18 ms gw0-0-0-403.pte-gw1.plus.net

one tracert had between 140 and 350 ms on every hop.

Interleaving still appears to be set on even though the request was completed 7 working days ago, the problem used to be confined to peak times but in the last week it has been seen at any time of the day

Hi there,

The problem is still being worked on by our networks team, Carl is individually building games into Ellacoya to rectify this issue. AIUI both the games you mention should be built in but if you raise a ticket with the port numbers and we can check for you.

The order to remove interleaving shows as completed in BT's system, what does your hardware say? We would need to raise a fault if this shows interleaving still on.

my hardware does not report much on line stats and i cant find interleaving in there, i am going on what my portal connection settings reports.

What router modem do you use? another forum member my know if the details can be retrieved.

Another option is the manufacturers Support Site/Forum/FAQ to see if the question has been asked before.

its an edimax AR6004 had it since joining pn so its rather old..but still does the job of connecting
