Weird. I was given to understand that plusnet's response time to open tickets was a little under 4 hours, yet here i am, 14 hours later and still waiting for a response to my request for a MAC key.
Anyone else encountered this dragging of feet?
Never had to wait that long. I have had times when the ticket has just not been read, and a completely useless responce is given. Also they are usually just one or two lin answers. I find the ticket system for things other than standard requests eg. upgrade/downgrade, request a MAC, as for problems, better off ringing and hoping you get someone who knows what is going on.
I have asked for my MAC and got it withing a few hours, have now migrated out.
