Unanswered tickets

I raised a ticket on 22/11/04, and have had no reply at all.
Is is possible for tickets to get 'lost' in the system? Normally there is a reply saying "we're looking into this" at least isn't there? I notice that it says on average tickets are closed within 8 hours. Mine is well outside that!

What should I do?

except mine at least was part way through (I hope) being solved, so at least I know someone was dealing with it. Was about to post to ask how long to wait for a response (2 days 14 hours and counting ...).

I feel stood up Wink

To be fair, I should say that is how long since the last Support response - it is 'only' 1 day and 13 hours since my subsequent contribution (would have been sooner if the email notification, which is "on", had worked!).

Hi there,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.

I have answered both your tickets now.

I'll look at it momentarily, busy atm. Thanks for taking it up, however.
