Unanswered Ticket! & Web Portal Really Slow!

Could you tell me if anyone is investigating ticket 4504535?

I telephoned earlier & since have raised a ticket for the same problem and yet I haven't had any feedback on either.

Also, every page I click on, on your portal takes ages to load or comes up with "Page Cannot Be Displayed". I've tried for 20 minutes to get into contact us & another 10 trying to get on here.

I agree with the above. The portal is very very slow and tedious to say the least.

I have answered your ticket and am now waiting for a response from you.

We have a network engineer looking at the portal servers right now and I will post back to you once I have some feedback.

I have now replied to the ticket.

Sorry it took so long but cause of portal speed issue it's taken ages for the page to load.

Hi Mark,

The portal servers were rebooted last night and this seemed to cure the problem most people were having.

Have you cleared your temp internet files? How long have you had this problem?

Cleared temp files and history but no better. Using auto login with the following address in favourites:

http://portal.plus.net/central.html?action=new_forums&forum_action=display_forum&forum_id=1

Can you see anything astray here?

Worked fine til sometime earlier this week when everything slowed right down on your site but the rest of the web was/is fine. Sent myself test mails from my website and they are instantaneous so no probs there. I've raised a contact us ticket just in case.

Hello again Mark,

Thank you for the "Contact Us" ticket. We are having a few problems with our portal servers tonight and have updated our "Service Status" page to show this. As soon as we have more information on this issue, we will update you.
