Unable to connect on 0845

Hi Support
A while back I changed to Telewest cable broadband and also changed the phone from BT to theirs, I asked for my account to be downgraded to A Lite account. I now find I am unable to dial in on the 0845 number. I can connect OK with Cable but not with my laptop on dial up.
I get "Unable to establish a network connection, please check password and try again" error.
Any ideas?

Hi Malki,

There are no problems with your account that I can see. Which number are you dialling? The correct one for your account is 0845 1400101. You can also try one of our other numbers 0845 1422000 with username signup and password signup
