Unable To Connect

Morning ladies & Gents,

I am still unable to connect to BB since Saturday. My Router is in Synch so its getting that far but I appear to be unable to authenticate which means that when I open Browser, no webpages appear.

I ran a network diagnostics and I am missing HTTP, HTTPS and FTP connection.

I have an open ticket with PN, but I just wondered if anyone is in same position as me who has managed to resolve the problem yet?

My LAN is now able to aquire a Network address, but still no luck connecting.

Any useful info appreciated.

What IP have you been assigned?

Can you post a tracert to 212.159.6.9

From what I can see its my normal static IP Address.

As for the other thing you ask for, Im not sure what you mean, plus Im at work now so couldnt do it anyway.

Open a DOS box and enter:

tracert 212.159.6.10

You should get something like this:

If you are getting your normal IP it will tell us if your problem is accessing anything on the internet (and if it breaks down how far you get before it does so), or if the problem is turning names in to addresses. From there we may be able to help further.
