URGENT - DATA TRANSFER PAGE BLOCKING ME

PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY

I've just had to reconnect and the Data Transfer Watch page came up.

I am nowhere near my limit and even when I reset it to £50 I still can't get rid of that page or load any others. (I am able to send this via the old 56k dial up).

I need to use the internet, and this is preventing me.

I've lost my place in some long p2p queues as well and am annoyed that yet another fault appears just days after a problem was supposedly rectified.

PLEASE RESET MY DATA TRANSFER TO £19.99 and make your system let me connect!!!

I CAN'T GET ONLINE.

PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY.

After lots of pointless options, "the average wait time is currently in excess of an hour" !

I can't use p2p, I can't navigate away from the PN portal with seeing the Data Transfer page. I upped my limit to £50 to try and get round it, it still comes back.

Very, very disappointed...... two days after I get a phone call assuring me it's all in hand.

Please call me Mand or Dave or someone? Do you think people need this when they are trying to get on with their day?

Tried cancelling Data Transfer Watch:

"You have successfully cancelled...."

Followed by:

"Sorry to interupt your browsing, you have exceeded...."

For fuck's sake!

Hi there,

Can you please disconnect your hardware for a few minutes and then reconnect? The issue should then be resolved.

OK Mand, glad you're here.

But what I want to know is, can I now trust the Data Transfer WAtch at all or is it better to turn it off?

In which case, what is thew point of it existing?

By the way, I've just gone from 2 to 1754 in a p2p queue. Great. Sad

Hi there,

There has been a problem open on this for a while now. However, it only affects a few users on PAYG and so has not been given top priority in the development workstack. As far as I know there are only two customers affected regularly, one being you. I am chasing this as we speak and will try to up the priority.
