Hello there, i am just wondering if any body else has had the same experience, or if someone can provide any more info.
I completed the Move My ADSL section because of a recent house move. I gave PN all the relevent info required i.e New phone number, new address details, and PAYMENT FEE for the transfer of £5.88.
It is now comming to 12 working days and i am still without broadband at my new address.For some reason PN state that it will take up to 5 working days to transfer a BB acount to a new telephone number!. I quite fed up at PN for the delay and false info.
