Trafic Management

Just paid my monthly subscription to BB+ so I thought the traffic mangement would have been lifted, no such luck its as slow as ever, iv'e just done a speed test:

Your current speed is:

126.00kbps

Which means you can download at 15.75 KB/sec. from our servers. Our results show that your current speed is below the level we would expect for your product, you may be able to increase the speed of your connection by adjusting your settings.

53.3 kbps 56k Dial Up
64 kbps ISDN 1 Channel
126 kbps YOU
128 kbps ISDN Dual Channel
460 kbps ADSL 500
920 kbps ADSL 1000
1840 kbps ADSL 2000

Hm......so not much better than dial up.

Anybody have any idea if it does get lifted or am I stuck at this speed from now on?

Trafic Management

As explained in many other threads where this same question has been asked (that's a big hint to use the search function Wink), it can take up to 2 days from your billing date for the management to be removed because it is done manually.

Got these emails today

Your peak usage for this billing month has exceeded the product design
therefore Level 4 Broadband Plus usage management has been applied to your
service during peak hours. Your Broadband service will continue to be
managed until your next billing date at which time peak-time usage
management will be removed.

This email is to notify you that you have successfully passed your billing
date therefore peak-time usage management has been removed from your
service.

So if usage management has been removed why is it still so slow>>>>>>
