Assuming you raised your ticket a few days ago and its not been actioned then email the ticket number to comms@commsteam.plus.com this should alert the comms team that your tickets still not been actioned.

dont waste your time cfuller, I have had no connection for 24 days, ticket raised for 23 days, PN only bother answering about once a week if you are lucky.

I remember the days when PN used to reply back within the hour. they're service is just going down the pan now.
