Hi

Could someone from Plusnet support have a look at Ticket 5510832. Posted at 13:19 on 23/10/02 and the only response so far has been a message saying "This ticket has now been escalated as a high priority" which claims to have been posted by me at 7:00 yesterday morning.

I have 2 tickets outstanding with similar problems!
