Ticket tracking

I've had a ticket wating in a queue now since 10:30am yesterday...

Some sort of position count/chart would be helpful so I know it's a least moving upwards!!! At the moment it simply appears that it's being ignored.

Hi there,

Apologies for delay but as your ticket relates to a bug in the new webmail system it has been passed out of the CSC and into the development team. We are working through these issues as fast as possible but due to the different working approach in that department (they do not normally work from tickets)updates will be much more infrequent.

Hi Chris,

The average turn around is 6 hours 40 minutes as stated on the portal but because of the way tickets are put through to various departments (all with differing working hours and varying degrees of workload) saying how long a particular ticket may take is not possble.

So was mine and I'm still waiting 3 days later.... Sad

The guy who took the phone said it should be looked at within a day Sad
