Ticket times

Have they been extended again. Yeasterday a ticket was returned in 2hrs, but when I returned it for further info its now over 20.

with the increase in ticket times and call waiting times lately I think it would be a great idea to allow people to contact PN via Skype or even using Plustalk, this would reduce costs for everyone, another idead I thought of would be to use a live chat support system where you can have real time support with csc.

However this would require more staff!

Well my query has been answered Cheesy - sort of :? - and it will come as no surprise that as the question was about the new April Refresh I have found that not only do I not understand what my allowances are now, Premier up to 2M, but I certainly cannot understand what I will get in the future and so I cannot compare it.
I thought I was intelligent (well fairly) but now I know I am unsure, maybe. Brings in the phrase 'I have made up my mind about finding a new ISP :idea: and my decision is .......... maybe :roll: '.
