Ticket response times - where have "support" gon

Raised a ticket about my speeds, accompanied with 2 bt speedtests so far, at 2:46pm, Saturday 1st July... no response, despite the response time reported as being 11 hours...

Have the support team gone on holiday or somehting, this is shocking.. I was used to getting some form of reply with a few hours, nevermind 11...

Reading other posts, many also reflect a slowdown in dosnload speeds, and a drop in router sync speeds of 1000kbps or more, like with mine....

One thing Ive begun to notice with PN, things can be ok for a while, but when things start to look like they are going wrong, you get very little help, when you need it most...

The Fault Team are only in Monday-Friday which would explain the delay.

Fair enough, but im now a bit narked Ive still had no response by end of Monday!!!
