I think Plus Net might be slipping a bit with their response times to tickets:

Av Response Time: 9 hours, 47 minutes and 27 seconds
Target: 8 hours
Wonder how much my response time will hit their average?
Also, how long does a regrade take from 1Mb to 2Mb (On the PlusNet Broadband Premier - Up to 2Mb account already) and I raised a ticket on 24th August and I've had the £14.99 deducted accourding to the ticket, but I'm still on 1Mb.
