Ticket Outstanding for 5 Days but LLU migration in 36 Hrs

Is there any reason why tickets are taking so long to get answered I raised a ticket (1997678Cool last Thursday and this hasnt been answered yet either. I would be nice to know that it has at least been read by someone and has been forwarded to the relevant support area.

With being migrated to LLU with only about 36 hours notice (Emailed at 8pm on 1st August and Migrated at 9am on the 3rd August) It would we nice to think that plusnet could turn a customer ticket around in the same amount of time. Especially when the ticket is related the the LLU migration.

I am glad you got some notice.

I have been changed to LLU yesterday without me knowing anything!
