Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in replying, we'll get this chased up for you and migrate the information asap.
I suspect the delay is due to these needing to be sent in a batch across to the new platform.

My ticket has still not been officially acknowledged in any way.

Please Plusnet, even if there is a delay on the migration for some reason, don't leave my ticket dangling in cyberspace - at least have the courtesy to post a response in My Questions...

Hi there,

The ticket you have raised is not in one of the CSC pools, as such it would not be answered manually, but will be closed automatically when the address book is migrated.

I've chased this up internally and have confirmed that this will be done by the end of the week.

We're looking to get the second batch of address book migrations completed today.

Edit: Change control has only just been granted so this will now be first thing tomorrow morning.
