I've had a ticket open since Thurs June 8th (trying to transfer out a non-uk domain). I've had absolutely nothing from PN since last Monday, and the ticket remains open only because I post every other day with a request for action/ info. Neither is forthcoming.

So has PN abandoned processing of existing tickets as well as making it harder to post new ones?

If not, does anyone know how to get attention when a ticket has simply been abandoned? (Please don't mention the phone - my phone bill last month was £30 above normal with attempts to contact PlusNet CS)

What a fine ISP this was. Once.

Send an email to csctickets@commsteam.plus.com with your ticket number and explain about the delay and something should happen.

Thanks Peter, I did that just before I posted this, but previous experience (1 PM to Ian Wild, never acknowledged & no discernible impact on my then problem) led me to low expectation of response. So this post was to add belt to braces...
