When a ticket has been resolved, the customer clicks the "yes" button and the ticket is closed. End of Story? No, not quite. Sometimes, in the process of closing a ticket, the customer would like to say a special "thankyou", or add some other qualifying statement to which he does not require any further response. Right now, the only way he can do that is to click the "no" button, which requires F9 to respond, et cetera!
I agree with this sentiment entirely but I think the star rating system is a complete waste of space & proves 100% of nothing (statics statics you can say anything you like with them?). How about giving the customer the ability to rate the service in some other way instead of a star rating.
