Unfortunately we are not in a position to do this. If you need to chase a ticket the easiest thing to do is to call us on 0845 1400200. We are here 24 hours a day, and while it is very busy right now, waiting times are normally less than a minute. You can see live stats for our telephone support line here.

Okay, thanks. I'll call when I get home if the ticket hasn't been actioned.

Could you answer a quick query for me please... I've just requested that my dialup account be upgraded to ADSL Home Surf (my exchange is enabled on 30th July). It looks as if a new direct debit is going to be setup for this. Is it not possible to use my existing direct debit?
