Hi

This ticket was opened 'Time Ticket ID: 6094238 Raised by: You Via: Portal On: 2003-01-13 16:40:18 Status'

Now it's only a question, no problem - just trying to give PlusNet business as my company is looking for an ADSL solution, so I find it hard to believe that almost 48hrs later - no response (other than auto msg that we all get).

What's going on PlusNet, this is verging on the ridiculous!
