Ticket: 4837749 - Still no progress

Hi,

I posted a message here regarding the above ticket last week. I have just checked the ADSL tracker and it is still where it has been since the 14th June. BT have disabled the DACS box (the cause of the problem) and this was confirmed by customer support on the day the original post was made, however since then the status hasnt been updated.

Could someone please look into this?
